Job summary

Giftogram is looking for a hands-on software engineer to contribute across the stack, collaborating with product, design and engineering teams in a hybrid role in Whippany, NJ. You'll write, test, and debug frontend and backend code in React and PHP, and help deliver features beyond bug fixes.

You'll work closely with senior engineers, participate in standups and code reviews, and maintain documentation while applying best practices for code quality and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laravel or another MVC framework.
• Experience with testing practices, including QA, unit testing, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Writing, testing, and debugging frontend and backend code in React & PHP

• Troubleshooting issues and iterating on existing systems with senior engineers

The Opportunity

The position offers hands‑on experience across the stack, exposure to modern development practices, and mentorship from experienced engineers. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to support the continued evolution of Giftogram’s platform.

What You'll Work On
