Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in payments and fraud preferred.
• 1 year of experience responding to escalations.
• Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience.
• Ability to devise and implement solutions quickly, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to shifting fraud trends.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Proactive and willing to improve fraud strategy by identifying patterns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day tasks such as responding to escalations, verifying player identities, investigating suspicious account activity, documenting account closures, and monitoring new account registrations.
• Ensure that all day-to-day tasks are completed in accordance with our standards.
• Report any adverse trends, issues and/or anomalies to senior analysts.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure the best user experience while protecting the platform from malicious behavior.
