Job summary

Eagle Seven seeks a Junior FPGA Design / Verification Engineer to join our hardware team focused on HDL solutions for high-frequency trading systems. You will design, simulate, and validate high-performance modules with senior engineers, building robust testbenches and automation to ensure ultra-low latency.

Responsibilities include writing SystemVerilog, developing testbenches with ModelSim, and using Python for automation and data processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant FPGA/verification experience, PCIe, Ethernet, or DDR desired.
  • Strong SystemVerilog/Verilog design and verification fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain synthesizable SystemVerilog for new FPGA features.
  • Develop and maintain testbenches to verify logic blocks with coverage.
  • Create automated Python scripts for validation and data processing.
  • Analyze real-time data to identify design faults and timing issues.
  • Document design work and test results clearly.
