AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support planning, reporting, and cross-functional decision making. You will translate financial data into actionable insights while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders in a fast-moving public-company environment focused on robotics, AI, and crypto-tech.

The role emphasizes building robust models, dashboards, and recurring reporting, with opportunities to grow FP&A fundamentals in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
• 0–2 years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related internships.
• Strong Excel, with advanced modeling exposure.
• Experience translating data into management insights is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses with drivers and risks.
• Maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Assist in management reports, board materials, and summaries.
• Collaborate with Accounting during close to ensure accuracy.
• Track KPIs across business units and present findings clearly.
• Build dashboards and templates to improve visibility and decisions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for new initiatives and cost optimization.
