Clark Associates in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. You will work with experienced Executives, Estimators and Project Teams to move opportunities from budgeting to contract.

This is an early-career role designed to develop the next generation of Sales Executives through hands-on exposure to foodservice equipment, construction sales, and account management. This role focuses on growing relationships, learning the full sales cycle, and contributing

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling proposals, equipment lists, and pricing packages.
• Review project estimates and develop proposals for commercial kitchen projects.
• Help track bid deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to push opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate between sales, estimating, design, and project management.
• Assist Estimating as needed.
• Develop cost-saving opportunities to increase margins.
• Participate in sales calls and presentations.
• Gain understanding of products and communicate their value to partners.
• Maintain records and update CRM platform.
