Job summary

Credence has an immediate opening for an FMS Manpower Project Management at the junior level, based at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate and the F-16 division, contributing to manpower analysis, LOA coordination, and travel logistics for US and partner nations.

The role emphasizes program management skills, security clearance requirements, and collaboration with multiple Air Force centers across the U.S. and abroad, within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and organizing program activities and analysis; perform professional work related to program management.
• Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Assist to analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft according to LOA.
• Coordinate travel and align with U.S. and foreign parties to support program meetings and reviews.
