Iron Will Ventures is seeking a Flight Test Analysis - Junior Disciplinary professional to join our Huntsville team. The role focuses on supporting DoW customers in flight vehicle development, testing, and evaluation, while contributing to trajectory analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Java, or C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility preferred (TS/SCI).
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
• Strong oral and written communication and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of aerodynamics, equations of motion, coordinate systems, and vehicle dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support DoW customers in flight vehicle development, test, and evaluation as part of the Flight Test Analysis Team.
• Assist customer system engineering in requirements development, modeling, simulation, and test reporting.
• Analyze 6-DoF flight trajectories and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop analysis tools and data products.
