Job summary

KBR is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join the TRMC team supporting the Defense Department contract. You will assist the Program Financial Manager by updating financial spreadsheets, reconciling daily transactions across multiple projects, and ensuring funding accuracy.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and an active DoD Secret Clearance. The position offers competitive Virginia compensation and on-site work in Alexandria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with 1–4 years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience maintaining financial records and updating spreadsheets.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling execution reports.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong business reconciling understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Financial Manager with updating financial spreadsheets and daily transactions for multiple projects.
• Track and reconcile daily, monthly, and year-end accounts.
• Quality check funding documents and validate funding information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Financial Manager CTR.
• On-site training at TRMC to ensure proper reconciliation of programs.
