Basic Compensation

$96,000 – $144,000 annually

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, as well as internal parity considerations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program-level financial activities, including overall and WBS funding requirements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and funding allocation across the program’s lifecycle.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Construct and interpret financial statements in relation to the corporation’s capital structure.
  • Perform valuation analyses to optimize corporate value while mitigating risk.
  • Forecast project values under multiple outcome scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and refine financial processes, leveraging industry best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to less-experienced team members as needed.
Required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in program financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of capital structure, valuation methods, and corporate finance principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one is preferred).
  • Experience supporting government or aerospace/defense programs.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other program financial management tools.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
