• Maintain database by entering and updating customer and account information.
• Input data from source documents into the computer system accurately.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies.
• Maintain data entry and database systems by regularly updating data.
• Organize and store paper documents and source data in a proper filing system.
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis tasks as needed.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality by following data entry and company policies.
• Respond to data-related inquiries or requests from colleagues or superiors.
• Perform data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.

• Knowledge of MHS (Military Health System) policy and regulations governing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable business processes. Experience with Military Health system (MHS)/Defense Health Agency (DHA)
