Job summary

Vision RT Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Commercial Finance & FP&A professional to join the team.

You will gain exposure to commercial finance, business systems, and cross-functional projects in an international environment that is undergoing Salesforce implementation and other system upgrades. You will support data management, reporting, and administration while collaborating with the Commercial Finance Director and broader teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• 1) Salesforce Implementation & Business Systems Projects: Support the business-wide implementation and rollout of Salesforce; assist with project coordination, tracking actions, deadlines and deliverables; support data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities; participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results, issues and follow-up actions; assist with developing reports, dashboards and maintaining system data; coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and external implementation partners; support user training, documentation and post-implementation activities; assist with the implementation and integration of other commercial and finance systems; help identify process gaps, data inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• 2) Systems Administration & Data Management: Provide ongoing administrative support for Salesforce and other business systems; maintain accurate and complete commercial and financial data; perform routine data uploads, updates, checks and reconciliations; assist with managing user requests, system issues and reporting requirements; investigate data discrepancies and coordinate their resolution; maintain system documentation, process guides and trackers; support improvements to data quality, reporting and system efficiency.
• 3) Transactional & Administrative Support: Take responsibility for recurring data management and reporting activities; maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers and documentation; perform detailed checks, reconciliations and routine administrative tasks; follow up with stakeholders to obtain information and resolve outstanding items; ensure tasks completed accurately and on time; provide flexible support to the Commercial Finance Director and wider team.
• 4) Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes; support the automation of repetitive reporting and administrative activities; challenge inconsistencies and investigate issues; suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and controls.

The Role

We are looking for a bright, ambitious and highly proactive individual to join our Commercial Finance & FP&A team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to commercial finance, business systems and cross-functional projects within an international organisation.

The business is currently undertaking a significant systems transformation, including the implementation of Salesforce across the organisation and the introduction of other business systems.

The successful candidate will play an important supporting role in these projects, working closely with the Commercial Finance Director and wider business teams to assist with implementation, data management, testing, reporting and ongoing systems administration.

Alongside project activities, the role will involve routine financial reporting, transactional support, data maintenance and administrative responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who combines strong intellectual ability with a practical, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, quick to learn, highly organised and confident taking ownership of tasks, however small or detailed.

This role suits someone who is organised and accurate, communicates confidently, and wants to grow with an international business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Implementation & Business Systems Projects

Your hours will overlap with UK business hours so you can work closely with the UK team. [10:30-19:30 IST]
