Job summary

Community Health Centers is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the Finance team with data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Under supervision, you will track performance metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior management to guide tactical and strategic decisions.

The role requires an Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus at least one year in an analytical role. Healthcare experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of one year of professional analytical experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with emphasis on Excel; HIPAA and confidentiality awareness.
