Job summary

Primary Health Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze and summarize financial data from diverse sources to provide financial insight for leadership. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while collaborating with the Finance team to drive accuracy and transparency.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups internal or external.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn the reporting functions of practice management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Compile, organize, and analyze financial data from various data sources.
• Convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Run and create reports from multiple data systems.
• Review financial information for accuracy and implement corrective procedures.
• Communicate financial information to internal and external parties.
• Assist in monthly financial reviews with operational directors and managers.
• Create ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
• Share results and insights from projects with stakeholders.
• Support regular financial analysis processes.
• Investigate data to identify trends and patterns.
• Support yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Research nonprofit and healthcare industry trends to inform financial analysis.
