Job summary

BluePath Labs in Washington, DC is seeking multiple Contract Specialist Jr. positions to support federal contracting activities, including pre-award and post-award tasks, document reviews, and drafts under experienced review.

These on-site roles require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; TS/SCI is preferred but not required. Salary ranges from $56,000 to $76,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance.
• 2+ years supporting federal contracting or contract administration.
• Knowledge of federal contracting procedures and FAR relevant to the assignment.
• Ability to prepare routine drafts and support products for client review; maintain organized files.

Responsibilities

• Support federal contracting personnel with pre-award and post-award activities under experienced review.
• Prepare routine drafts and supporting documentation for solicitations, awards, modifications, and closeout.
• Maintain accurate contracting documents and organized contract files.
• Review supporting information and perform documentation completeness checks under experienced review.
• Track contractual actions and related documentation to support client review.
• Identify documentation issues and assist in resolving them with experienced reviewers and client personnel.
