Role Overview
Seeking an Account Executive to help support a growing factoring (invoice financing) portfolio by managing risk and proactively looking for ways to increase efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage projects.
- Must have computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and have the ability to learn industry specific software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to be diplomatic and objective.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Must have flexibility and willingness to learn.
Basic Job Functions
Act in the capacity of an Account Executive on various client portfolios to include but not limited to the following:
- Manage your own portfolio of factoring clients, inclusive of: validating invoices, recommending funding, handling collections, posting payments.
- Provide daily support to the VP of Operations.
- Support sales team through the onboarding of new prospects.
- Support and nurture established client relationships.
- Ability to handle challenging client issues in a professional manner.
Compensation Package
- Full Time: Monday – Friday (8:00am-4:30pm, onsite)
- Salary Range – ($60,000.00-65,000.00 annually)
