Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Account Manager / Accounting & Client Relationship Specialist to join a fast-growing factoring and commercial finance firm downtown. You’ll be at the center of a fund that’s expanding, learning AR and accounting from the ground up, and growing into owning your own book of business.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 base, plus a discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) eligibility after one year, a casual downtown

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and Account Manager while learning the business
• Handle account reconciliations
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Run ad hoc financial analysis in Excel
• Manage client relationships, including knowing when and how to push back
• Take on additional projects as they come up
• Build toward owning your own client accounts
