Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, East Asian Studies or similar a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Eagan, MN; visa sponsorship or relocation not provided.
• Physical ability to sit/stand and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace international shipments via air export and occasional ocean export.
• Coordinate documentation and shipment release processes.
• Communicate with customers and service providers regarding statuses and financials.
• Update internal databases with freight information.
• Support freight operations across departments as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and billing documentation.
