Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking a dedicated staff member to support students identified as having difficulty participating in daily activities. The role focuses on one-on-one support, supervision during transitions, and modeling intervention strategies.

You will work with the lead teacher and the team to ensure safety and success. Assignment runs Monday-Thursday 11:00-5:30, Friday 8:00-4:30, starting 2026-2027; wage is $22.60 per hour with medical and dental benefits eligibility for

• Experience working with children with special needs or behavior challenges is preferred.
• Proven positive human relations skills with adults and students.
• Demonstrated ability to take direction and work as a team member.
• Evidence of friendly, outgoing personality and reliability.

Physical Requirements

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
