Record amendments, withdrawals, and other changes accurately.
Escalate errors, unusual requests, and deadline risks to the Senior Exams Operations Associate.
Maintain accurate spreadsheets, shared folders, trackers, and student records.
Organise examination documents using established naming and filing conventions.
Keep internal records aligned across different systems.
Complete routine accuracy checks and flag discrepancies.
Help ensure required documentation is collected before internal deadlines.
Prepare and send routine communications using approved templates.
Respond to straightforward questions about examination dates, required documents, payments, and procedures.
Help students and parents understand the next steps they need to complete.
Keep a clear record of queries and follow-ups.
