RTM Business Group is a professional development conferences and events company working in EdTech, Healthcare, Government, Medical, and Banking sectors. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies, catering specifically to the C-suite.

This is a full-time role, with hybrid or remote options available in NY, NJ, CT, CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, SC.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and creating conference content with industry experts and internal teams.
• Identifying and contacting delegates for speaking engagements.
• Creating detailed programs with multiple sessions and speakers.
• Updating agendas and digital assets.
• Maintaining internal databases.
• Negotiating speaker expenses within budgets.
• Ensuring smooth on-site event execution.
• Collaborating with the operations team for event success.
• Analyzing past events for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in B2B event production.
• Sales/prospecting experience with C-level executives.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner.

Preferred: Experience with Canva.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + bonuses; Year 1 total: $65,000 - $70,000.
