Hypower is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our Jacksonville team. The role involves assisting with quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates with labor units and material pricing, and reviewing bid documents under senior estimators.

You will help organize bid documents and maintain estimate files as part of a fast-paced team. Ideal candidates will read construction drawings, use Excel and Bluebeam, and show a willingness to learn and grow within the estimating department.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical construction and estimating principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, or estimating software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and material counts from construction drawings and specifications.
