Job summary

Hypower in Jacksonville is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on producing accurate, competitive pricing with thorough take-offs, and understanding value engineering concepts to improve bid concepts.

Responsibilities include identifying missing scope, evaluating NEC code compliance, and maintaining organized bid files while meeting bid schedules. A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Accubid Pro, Live Count and other Trimble software products
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail and estimating software
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient.
• Able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrate and uphold Hypower’s core values; which are relationships, professionalism, results, continuous improvement and community.
