Qualifications

• Proficiency with Accubid Pro, Live Count and other Trimble software products.
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail and estimating software.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient.
• Able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrate and uphold Hypower’s core values; which are relationships, professionalism, results, continuous improvement and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide research to produce accurate, complete, and competitive pricing.
• Understand Value Engineering and alternative design concepts.
• Identify missing scope in bids.
• Perform NEC code compliance evaluations.
• Handle take-off procedures, bid forms and specifications.
• Maintain proper file keeping and documentation.
• Be flexible with hours to meet bid schedules.
• Learn new means and methods as needed.
• Follow up on all bid projects.
