Job summary

Hypower LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Jacksonville, FL team. The role supports the Sr Project Manager to plan and execute electrical projects, including coordinating materials, inspections, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and invoicing.

Key responsibilities include documenting progress, expediting actions, and maintaining organized project files, with strong emphasis on communication and multitasking to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in electrical project management or estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid Estimating software.
• Experience in Bluebeam, BIM coordination, Procore Management software is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr PM in planning and executing projects.
• Pre-plan and coordinate material and inspections.
• Document job progress, changes, delays, submittals, RFIs.
• Draft invoices and estimates and set up meetings.
• Track and report project progress and quality control.
• Support Sr PM with other duties as needed.

available to work with the Sr Project Manager to plan and execute projects. Duties include coordination, expediting and organizing project documents and activities. Duties include estimating change orders, submittal reviews, material tracking, labor reporting.

Duties

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Pre-plan and coordinate material and completion of required inspections
• Documents job progress, changes, delays, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and estimates
• Tracking and reporting project progress, Quality Control reporting
• Performing other duties assigned by the Sr Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Skills And Qualifications
