Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residential construction estimating, purchasing, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing accurate, well-organized cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs from plans and specifications.
• Support value engineering through cost comparisons.
• Price owner selections, upgrades, and scope changes.
• Prepare and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
