Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, bid documents, and project scopes.
• Complete quantity takeoffs for exterior restoration projects.
• Assist with pricing materials, labor, equipment, access, and subcontractor packages.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walkthroughs.
• Identify scope gaps and drawing discrepancies.
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare bid spreadsheets and proposals.
• Work with senior estimators, project managers, and field personnel.
