Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a construction office performing administrative duties.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Clean driving record with a valid Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare unitized and smaller scope lump sum bids.
• Update pricing in Heavy Bid Software.
• Assist in the transfer of bid information to HeavyJob and Vista.

Skills

Knowledgeable in City, County, and municipality requirements

Strong computer aptitude (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to read blueprints and specifications

Communication skills (oral and written)

Valid Class C Driver’s License

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Degree in construction management or related field
