With continued growth, the company is now hiring a JR Estimator / Project Coordinator to support preconstruction and project coordination efforts under an experienced Senior Estimator, all within a well-supported remote structure.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a JR Estimator / Project Coordinator to support Christine and the preconstruction team with both estimating and coordination responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone early in their construction career who has light estimating, coordination, or subcontractor/vendor outreach experience and wants to grow into a full Estimator or Project Manager path.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to expand their construction knowledge in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively solicit subcontractor bids via phone and email
• Clearly communicate scope items, bid details, and deadlines
• Maintain consistent follow‑up until bids are received
• Manage multiple bids and subcontractor communications simultaneously
• Assist with drawing review and basic quantity takeoffs
• Organize bid documents, scope sheets, and bid tabs
• Support the estimating team with preconstruction documentation
• Assist with project setup and internal coordination
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with subcontractors and the internal team

What You Bring

• Light estimating or construction coordination experience
• Ability to read construction drawings at a basic level
• Strong communication skills—comfortable calling subs and following up
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable
• Persistent follow‑through and proactive mindset
