Qualifications

• J.D. degree required from an accredited law school.
• Bar exam must be completed.
• Active ABA membership is preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review client issues, analyze options, and determine best action.
• Collaborate with clients, seniors, and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Maintain organized client files for attorneys and staff.
• Create legal documents including briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, and affidavits.
• Attend court hearings and perform legal research with senior attorneys.
