Job summary

Rosenblum Law in Clifton, NJ is seeking a charismatic Estate Planning Attorney for an entry-level role. No prior estate planning experience is required, and success is driven by confidence and communication skills in a performance-based environment. You will lead consultations, present at workshops, and grow professionally while earning substantial bonuses.

This is a full-time, in-office position offering mentorship, growth paths, and solid compensation with base salary plus sales-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus).
• No prior estate planning experience required.
• Strong presence, confidence, and charisma.
• Comfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversations.
• Client-first, sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand goals and guide them through estate planning options.
• Explain legal concepts in plain language and close clients on the spot.
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships.
• Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events with training provided.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver excellent client experiences.
