Rosenblum Law in Clifton, NJ, seeks an energetic attorney to grow with the firm. You’ll meet clients, guide estate planning options, and close consultations on the spot with training provided.

The role is in-office, full-time (40–50 hours/week) with mentorship, growth opportunities, and a performance-driven compensation plan that rewards results.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus).
• Strong presence, confidence, and charisma.
• Comfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and guide estate planning options.

• Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events (content and training provided)
• Represent the firm with confidence, clarity, and professionalism

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client experiences
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
