Job summary

Rosenblum Law seeks an experienced senior estate planning attorney to own and lead the practice. You will design repeatable systems, oversee a team, and drive the firm’s growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who wants to own a department and shape client experiences.

The position requires 5+ years in estate planning, a J.D., and NJ bar admission, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule including one remote day after the initial term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on estate planning.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New Jersey; admission to NY/PA is a plus.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, client-first approach with plain-language explanations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and systemize the practice by designing repeatable systems and refining workflows.
• Drive growth and market expansion by partnering with marketing and acting as firm face.
• Lead high-impact consultations to identify client needs and propose solutions.
• Own the client journey with white-glove service from entry to signed plan.
• Supervise drafting of estate planning documents with high quality control.
• Scale and innovate by hiring, mentoring, and developing the team.
