Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New Jersey; admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience focused on estate planning.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, client-first approach and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their goals, explain estate planning options clearly and then sign them up.
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the client lifecycle to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Present law firm-hosted workshops, seminars, and community events related to estate planning.
• Assist in educating prospective clients on estate planning fundamentals in a professional and approachable manner.
• Develop rapport and long-term relationships with clients through responsiveness and empathy.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure quality and efficient case handling.
