Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its ERP PMO. This junior role requires hands-on experience supporting complex SAP ERP solutions, with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud familiarity as a strong plus.

The successful candidate will handle onboarding, meeting management, artifact maintenance, and general PMO administration while coordinating data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience supporting ERP projects or PMO
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
• Experience with RAID log management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the ERP PMO and project teams.
• Maintain and update key project artifacts including RAID log, action trackers, and status reports.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, meeting materials, status packs, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate onboarding, calendar management, and logistics for project resources.
• Maintain document repositories (SharePoint) with version control and naming conventions.
