Synergen Construction in Bossier City, LA seeks a Junior Equipment Operator to gain a broad understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety. You will perform basic equipment operations and support seasoned operators in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), a valid driver's license, and good communication skills. This role offers standard benefits and opportunities to learn several construction techniques on real projects.

Qualifications

• General construction experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
