Job summary

EHS Support, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Civil, or Hydrology Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team of engineers leading remediation projects across the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will work with a team of engineers and scientists across multiple service lines, travel as needed, and contribute to feasibility studies, design, field oversight, and performance monitoring across a range of projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in an engineering discipline with the ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license
• 1-5 years of direct experience in environmental engineering and consulting industry
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Effective technical writing and oral presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers
• Ability to develop presentations and facilitate a meeting - effectively delivering key messages and managing the discussion
• Experience with California regulatory agencies preferred
• PE or EIT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Feasibility studies/corrective measures studies development
• Remedial alternatives evaluation and design
• Development of engineering designs and bid specification packages
• Participation in field programs and construction oversight
• Data analysis
• Remedial system optimization, operation and maintenance
• Performance monitoring design and evaluation
• Permitting (RCRA, Air and NPDES)
• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
• Project and task management - planning and implementation of scope, schedule, budgeting

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering

1-5 years environmental engineering/consulting
