Zusammenfassung

Arcadis is seeking a Chemical or Environmental Engineer to join the Integrated Sustainability and Compliance team in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work setup including office, remote work and client-site visits.

You will support air quality permitting, routine compliance reporting, TRI and emission inventories, spill response planning, stormwater and wastewater permitting, and related EHS projects for diverse clients in energy, chemical, and manufacturing sectors. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist industrial, commercial and federal clients with air permitting, waste management, stormwater pollution prevention and permitting, spill preparedness and response, wastewater discharge permitting, and associated regulatory reports.
• Prepare emission calculations for regulated air pollutants and greenhouse gases.
• Support our due diligence team with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and report preparation.
• Provide field and office support of site investigations including soil, water, and vapor sample collection and site inspections.
• Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously utilizing strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
