Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Air Quality Engineer to join the Integrated Sustainability and Compliance (ISC) team, in Texas or Gulf Coast states. This is a hybrid role with time split between an Arcadis office, remote work and client-site visits.

You will work on Gulf Coast air quality projects such as permitting, compliance support, emissions inventories, and dispersion modeling, collaborating with North American leaders to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Air Quality and permitting.
• Experience with Texas permitting and reporting.
• Background in Oil & Gas air emission calculations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of Federal and State air quality regulations to permitting and compliance projects.
• Prepare air permit applications (Permits-by-Rule, minor NSR, Title V, PSD, etc.).
• Perform emissions calculations for regulated pollutants and greenhouse gases.
• Support client and proposal development activities.
• Travel up to 10–20% for project needs.
