Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply incoming payments for events and tours to accounts.
• Process settlements based on agent figures.
• Issue client payments and generate reports.
• Update financial tracking systems for deposits and settlements.
• Follow up on pending booking reports.
• Ensure all payments have proper documentation.
• Respond to requests for financial details.
• Investigate and resolve held or unclaimed payments.
• Organize accounting records.
• Support system improvements and process enhancements.
