Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks an Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Phoenix. You’ll contribute to the PRO-TECH TITAN platform, work with experienced developers, and strengthen skills in modern Java technologies for enterprise software.

You will participate in full-stack development, collaborate across teams, and grow through mentorship, code reviews, and hands-on project work in a cloud-enabled, scalable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• Foundational OO programming with Java.
• Familiar with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with Git and IntelliJ IDE preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and JDBC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement features.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and identify technical solutions.
• Contribute to automated testing and code quality efforts.
• Maintain documentation and coding standards.
• Learn modern tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and product improvements.
