JD degree required with 1–3 years of corporate/energy transactional experience; familiarity with tax equity financings a plus. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous research, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and complex investments is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, project finance, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft well-written legal documents, including memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in firm programs, civic and professional organizations, and pro bono work.
