Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior corporate associate to join its Corporate practice in Austin, TX. You will advise sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions on energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities include researching and drafting memos and contracts, managing transactions from inception to resolution, building client relationships, and collaborating on innovative deal strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and structured financings is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in firm programs and community involvement.
