BCG Attorney Search in Seattle, WA seeks a junior associate for its Corporate practice to support complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, and strategic investments. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience, familiarity with tax equity financings and cross-border matters, and a JD from an accredited law school.

California admission is noted.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and complex investment arrangements is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in firm programs and pro bono work.
