Cadmus Group, a global analytics and advisory firm, seeks a quantitative analyst to support DSM and decarbonization projects. You will perform data collection, econometric analyses, and prepare client-ready reports and visuals for a range of clients including utilities and governments.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with project teams, and strong communication to translate research into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in economics, statistics, data science, or related field and 0–2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with econometrics and inferential statistics.
• Experience with data transformation, visualization, and statistical programming (R, Python, SQL, Stata).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, data collection, statistical and econometric analysis to support engagements.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights aligned to client objectives.
• Translate findings into meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations for energy utility clients.
• Write report sections detailing methodologies and data sources.
• Assist with client presentations and visuals in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Review own deliverables for quality and accuracy, and plan with project teams to meet deadlines.
