Qualifications

• Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions and discovery.
• Preparing for and defending depositions and mediations.
• Interest in employment law and learning under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests.
• Manage written and electronic discovery including e-discovery strategy.
• Draft dispositive and non-dispositive motions; argue non-dispositive motions.
• Prepare for and defend depositions; participate in mediations.
• Contribute to firm growth in employment law practice.
