Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and exhibits for trials or hearings.
• Lead or participate in mediations and trials; mentor junior attorneys and teams.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to develop strategy and deliver client service.
