Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with CREO.

• Willing to learn how to design cables and circuit cards.

Responsibilities

• Designs major components, or major portions of a functional system, or advanced prototype/products.
• Develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.
• Develops basic data and preliminary layouts to present a design proposal.
• Investigates design factors such as manufacturability, materials, interchangeability, strength-to-weight, and costs.
• Coordinates with other groups affected by design development.
• Makes layouts of assemblies and details of devices and products.
• Checks layouts/drawings for clarity, conformity, and accuracy, and suggests revisions.
