Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years' Creo experience required.
• 2 years' mechanical or electrical design experience required.
• Willing to learn how to design cables (harnesses) and circuit cards (CCAs).

Responsibilities

• Design major components or major portions of a functional system or prototype.
• Develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.
• Develop basic data and preliminary layouts, sketches, and notes for design proposals.
• Evaluate design factors such as manufacturability, material availability, interchangeability, strength-to-weight, and cost.
• Coordinate with other organizations affected by design development.
• Create layouts of assemblies and parts and verify drawings for clarity and accuracy.
