Job summary

Revvity is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to support manufacturing operations in Hopkinton. You will assist engineers in set-up and calibration, perform rework and quality testing on parts and assemblies, and help develop methods for process control.

Collaboration with engineering on experiments is expected. The role involves working in a clean room and following established procedures to meet quality standards, with opportunities to train across product lines and contribute to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and repairs various highly complex technical electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Tests the functionality of equipment or sub-assemblies.
• Follows Lean and ISO production concepts and procedures.
• Cross-trains processes within and across product lines.
• Works on semi-routine tasks with some deviation recognition.
• Follows documented procedures to meet quality specs.
