Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced Assembler to build sub-assemblies and assemblies for electrical switchgear according to customer specifications. You will perform skilled wiring and mechanical assembly, follow SOPs, and ensure quality within assigned timeframes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification from an accredited school.
• 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly work.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• US Citizen Required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles complex Controls and Control Cabinets and assembly on various product lines and other equipment.
• Assembles components and sub-assemblies; includes wire cutting, winding, soldering, and annealing operations.
• Follows SOPs to build sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Conducts visual inspections before and after assembly and checks electrical and mechanical integrity.
• Uses fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products.
• Reports faulty operation, defective material, and unusual conditions to leadership.
• Cross-trains on all assembly product lines as directed by management.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety; keeps area clean and orderly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
